Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Rosemary Amarh-Kwantreng is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of IHR, with over 20 years of leadership and consulting experience in human capital management, organisational effectiveness and business transformation. Previously with KPMG and Head of HR and Administration at Atlas Copco Ghana, she advises leaders on strengthening workforce capability and organisational performance.
A conference speaker and leadership coach, Rosemary holds an MBA in General Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management and the Institute of Directors.
