Rosemary D.L. Amarh-Kwantreng – Managing/Principal Consultant
With more than two decades of progressive leadership and consulting experience in human capital management, organisational effectiveness, and business transformation, Rosemary Amarh-Kwantreng is the Founder and Managing Director of IHR, a leading indigenous management consulting firm providing integrated Business and People Management Advisory services to organisations across diverse industries.
As a trusted advisor to business leaders and organisations, Rosemary has built a distinguished career partnering with clients to enhance organisational performance, strengthen leadership capability, and drive sustainable growth. Prior to establishing IHR, she served as Head of Human Resources and Administration at Atlas Copco Ghana Limited, a global industrial productivity solutions company, where she played a pivotal role in shaping people and organisational strategies. She began her professional journey with KPMG, contributing to a wide range of consulting engagements across key sectors and supporting organisations in addressing complex business and workforce challenges.
Rosemary holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) as well as a Member of the Institute of Directors.
Recognised for her strategic insight, innovative thinking, and results-driven approach, Rosemary is an accomplished management consultant with a strong track record of delivering sustainable business and people solutions for both local and international organisations. Her expertise spans leadership development, organisational transformation, talent acquisition and management, and business advisory, underpinned by exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Yoku Korsah – Non-Executive Director
Yoku Korsah is a business strategy and digital development consultant who specializes in performance management and market development strategies He has been involved in consulting and advisory services for more than 25 years. He has recently been involved in an innovative payments’ startup, Bluechain Africa Ltd. He managed JMR Infotech Ghana, one of the largest Oracle partners and a major provider of banking technology solutions.
Yoku helped set up the Ghana Interbank Payments and Settlement Systems Limited (GhIPSS) were he was Chief Operating Officer for 5 years. He started his career working with KPMG where he became a partner and the head of the Advisory Practice in Ghana.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA, CGMA), holds an MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design from The City University, London, a B.Sc Admin from the University of Ghana. He is certified as a Balanced Scorecard Practitioner and also undertakes Blue Ocean Strategy development.
